The worst villains in fiction aren’t always the supervillains trying to rule the world. Often, they’re just regular people with terrible traits. Sometimes these people aren’t even really the villain of the story.
Whether it’s Delores Umbridge (Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix), Edward Cullen (Twilight), Amy Dunne (Gone Girl), or Amy March (Little Women), some of our featured characters are ones you love to hate (or hate to love) but it doesn’t change the fact that they can be some of the most selfish, toxic, or just plain evil characters.
