Or are you concerned about getting diabetes? If either of these situations applies to you, please plan on joining us at the Hubbard Public Library on Monday, August 19, 6 – 8 PM as Lisa Bertolasio of Steward Health’s Diabetes Education program joins us to help us answer the questions: what is diabetes? Eating with Diabetes with Steward Health Tuesday, 2/25/2020 – 1 PM For diabetics, diet is extremely important; you can’t just casually eat or drink whatever you might like; you have to be purposeful about ensuring that your food and beverages aren’t causing you harm. In this final session of the Hubbard Public Library’s diabetes series, Lisa Bertolasio of Steward Health’s Diabetes Education program will visit a final time to discuss how to eat well and plan meals while living with diabetes.
