Hubbard Public Library is presenting an ACT Test Taking Strategy Program for high school students. Cynthia Hirtzel, PhD will be leading the program and providing a variety of test taking strategies to help students prepare for the ACT exam. Dr. Hirtzel’s background is in university and engineering education, research and administration. She is currently a full professor of chemical engineering (retired). Registration is required and space is limited. The program is one hour long and will be offered on two days. Please choose only one day to attend. Options are Saturday, January 15th 2pm-3pm or Wednesday, January 19th 2:45pm-3:45pm in the Teen Room.
